Returns policy
For all cases, where the customer has purchased the product with an invoice and wishes to make a return, it must be returned accompanied by a shipping note, otherwise we cannot start the return process.
The customer is obliged within (3) calendar days of receiving the item to make a return and it only concerns defective products.
